🏡 House Ownership & Management

• Buy & Sell: Purchase almost any building on the map or sell it when you move on.
• Transfer Ownership: Gift or trade your property to other players directly.
• Custom Naming: Give your house a unique name to make it yours.
• Full Persistence: All upgrades, items, and ownership data are securely saved.

🔒 Security & Access

• Door Locks & Auto-Lock: Lock specific doors or enable auto-lock to secure your base automatically.
• Key Management: Grant access to friends with keys (limit configurable).
• Group Access: Share access easily with your clan (supports LB Advanced Group).
• Admin Locking: Unsold houses can be locked by default.

🚨 Smart Alarms & Notifications

• Level 1: Basic intrusion alert.
